Ingredients

  • 1 cup plain unsweetened yogurt (no xylitol or added sugar)

  • 1 ripe banana

  • 2 tablespoons natural peanut butter (xylitol-free)

  • ½ cup oats

  • Silicone bone-shaped mold

How To Make

  1. Mash the banana in a bowl until smooth.

  2. Add the yogurt and peanut butter and mix until creamy and well combined.

  3. Stir in the oats to give the treats a little texture and nutrition.

  4. Spoon the mixture into bone-shaped silicone molds.

  5. Tap the mold gently to remove air bubbles.

  6. Place in the freezer for 2–3 hours or until completely firm.

  7. Pop the treats out of the mold and they’re ready to serve!

These frozen bites are cool, creamy, and perfect for warm summer afternoons.

How To Store

  • Store treats in an airtight container in the freezer.
