1 cup plain unsweetened yogurt
2 tablespoons natural peanut butter (xylitol-free)
½ cup finely grated carrot
1 tablespoon honey (optional)
Prepare the mixture
In a mixing bowl, mash the banana until smooth.
Add the creamy ingredients
Stir in the plain yogurt and peanut butter until the mixture becomes smooth and well combined.
Add the vegetables
