1 cup whole wheat flour
½ cup rolled oats
1 medium ripe banana, mashed
¼ cup unsweetened applesauce
1 egg
2–4 tablespoons water (as needed for dough consistency)
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Mix wet ingredients. In a medium bowl, combine peanut butter, mashed banana, applesauce, and egg. Stir until smooth.
Add dry ingredients. Mix in the whole wheat flour and rolled oats.
Form dough. Add water one tablespoon at a time until the dough becomes firm but rollable.
