½ cup pumpkin puree (unsweetened)
1 egg
2–3 tablespoons water (as needed for dough consistency)
Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
Blend oats (optional): For a smoother texture, pulse the oats in a blender or food processor until slightly ground.
Mix ingredients: In a large bowl, combine oats, flour, peanut butter, pumpkin puree, and the egg.
Form dough: Mix until a dough forms. Add water one tablespoon at a time if the dough feels too dry.
Roll out dough: Lightly flour a surface and roll the dough to about ¼ inch thickness.
Cut shapes: Use bone-shaped cookie cutters or small molds to form the treats.
