1 cup plain Greek yogurt (unsweetened, xylitol-free)
2 tablespoons raw honey
½ cup natural peanut butter (xylitol-free)
1 ripe banana, mashed
¼ cup water (optional, for thinning)
Add Greek yogurt, honey, peanut butter, and mashed banana to a mixing bowl.
Stir until smooth and well combined. Add a little water if the mixture is too thick.
Spoon the mixture into silicone molds or ice cube trays.
Tap gently on the counter to remove air bubbles.
Place in the freezer for at least 3–4 hours or until fully solid.
Remove from molds and serve as a cool, tasty reward.
Store frozen treats in an airtight container or freezer-safe bag in the freezer for up to 2 months. Keep treats frozen until ready to serve to maintain texture and freshness.
