2 ripe bananas
1 cup plain unsweetened yogurt (xylitol-free)
2 tablespoons natural peanut butter (xylitol-free)
1 tablespoon honey (optional)
½ cup unsweetened applesauce
Bone-shaped silicone molds
Prepare the ingredients
Peel the bananas and break them into smaller chunks for easier blending.
Blend everything together
Add the bananas, yogurt, peanut butter, applesauce, and honey into a blender or food processor.
Blend until smooth

Pour into molds
