1 cup plain unsweetened yogurt
½ cup natural peanut butter (xylitol-free)
½ ripe banana
¼ cup blueberries
¼ cup finely shredded carrot
Silicone bone-shaped mold
In a blender or mixing bowl, combine the yogurt, peanut butter, and banana until smooth.
Stir in the blueberries and shredded carrot.
Spoon the mixture evenly into bone-shaped silicone molds.
Place the molds in the freezer for 3–4 hours or until completely frozen.
Once frozen, remove the treats from the mold and store them for later use.
Store the treats in an airtight container or freezer-safe bag in the freezer. They will stay fresh for up to 2 months. Always keep them frozen until ready to serve to maintain their texture and cooling effect.
