2 large eggs
1 ½ cups oat flour (or finely ground oats)
½ teaspoon cinnamon
½ teaspoon baking powder
¼ cup water (as needed)
Optional Frosting:
½ cup plain Greek yogurt
2 tablespoons peanut butter
