½ cup unsweetened applesauce
¼ cup natural peanut butter (xylitol-free)
1 egg
½ teaspoon baking powder
¼ cup water or unsalted chicken broth
Optional Frosting
½ cup plain Greek yogurt
2 tablespoons peanut butter
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a small cake pan or bone-shaped mold.
In a bowl, mix flour and baking powder.
Add applesauce, peanut butter, egg, and water. Stir until smooth.
Pour batter into pan and smooth the top.
Bake for 25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
