  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil (melted)
  • ¼ cup water (as needed)

How To Make

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, combine grated carrots, flour, and oats.
  3. Add the egg and melted coconut oil, mixing until a dough forms.
  4. Slowly add water if needed to bring the dough together.
  5. Roll out the dough on a floured surface to about ½ cm thickness.
