18 Dog Treats
1 ripe banana, mashed
½ cup fresh or frozen blueberries
1 cup oat flour (or finely ground oats)
1 egg
1 tablespoon natural peanut butter (xylitol-free)
1–2 tablespoons water (as needed)
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a bowl, mash the banana until smooth, then gently fold in the blueberries.
Add the egg and peanut butter, mixing until combined.
Stir in the oat flour and add water as needed to form a soft, workable dough.
Roll out the dough on a lightly floured surface and cut into bone-shaped treats.
Place treats on the baking sheet and bake for 20–25 minutes, until lightly golden and firm.
Let cool completely before serving to your dog.
Store the treats in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days, in the refrigerator for up to 7 days, or freeze for up to 3 months for longer freshness.
Small dogs: 1 treat per day
Medium dogs: 1–2 treats per day
