1 ripe avocado (flesh only, no skin or pit)
1 large egg
1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
1 cup oat flour
1/2 cup rolled oats
2 tablespoons coconut oil (melted)
1/2 teaspoon parsley (optional, for fresh breath)
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Mash the avocado in a bowl until smooth.
Stir in egg, applesauce, and melted coconut oil.
Add oat flour, rolled oats, and parsley. Mix until a soft dough forms.
