1 cup unsweetened applesauce
2½ cups oat flour (or finely ground rolled oats)
1 egg
1 tablespoon coconut oil, melted
1 teaspoon cinnamon
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Mix wet ingredients: In a bowl, combine applesauce, egg, and melted coconut oil until smooth.
Add dry ingredients: Stir in oat flour and cinnamon until a soft, workable dough forms.
