2 medium sweet potatoes
1 tablespoon coconut oil (melted)
1 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)
2 tablespoons unsweetened applesauce
1 egg
Wash and peel the sweet potatoes. Grate them finely or pulse in a food processor.
In a bowl, combine grated sweet potatoes, melted coconut oil, applesauce, cinnamon, and egg. Mix until fully combined.
Scoop small portions and shape into bone-like forms or press into silicone molds.
Place treats in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
Air fry at 350°F (175°C) for 15–18 minutes, flipping halfway through, until firm and lightly golden.
Let cool completely before serving.
Store cooled treats in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 7 days. For longer storage, freeze for up to 3 months. Thaw at room temperature before serving.
