1 cup canned pumpkin (pure pumpkin, not pie filling)
2 large eggs
2½ cups whole wheat flour
¼ cup natural peanut butter (xylitol-free)
½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
2–4 tablespoons water (as needed)
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, mix pumpkin, eggs, and peanut butter until smooth.
