1 cup oat flour (or finely ground oats)
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
2 hot dogs, finely chopped (beef or turkey, no added onion/garlic)
1/2 cup plain unsweetened applesauce
1 egg
1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
2–3 tablespoons water (as needed)
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, combine oat flour, whole wheat flour, and baking powder.
Stir in chopped hot dogs.
Add applesauce, egg, Greek yogurt, and olive oil. Mix until a soft dough forms.
If dough feels dry, add water one tablespoon at a time.
Roll dough out to about 1/4-inch thickness.
Use a bone-shaped cookie cutter to cut treats.
Place on prepared baking sheet and bake for 22–25 minutes or until lightly golden.
Let treats cool completely before serving.
Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days.
Refrigerate for up to 7 days.
