  • 1 ripe banana

  • 1 cup plain unsweetened yogurt (xylitol-free)

  • 2 tablespoons natural peanut butter (xylitol-free)

  • 1 tablespoon honey (optional)

  • ½ cup unsweetened applesauce

  • Bone-shaped silicone molds

How To Make

  1. Prepare ingredients
    Peel the banana and place it in a blender or mixing bowl.

  2. Blend the mixture
    Add yogurt, peanut butter, applesauce, and optional honey. Blend until smooth and creamy.

  3. Fill molds
    Pour the mixture evenly into bone-shaped silicone molds.

  4. Freeze
    Place molds in the freezer for 3–4 hours or until completely frozen.

  5. Serve
