1 cup rolled oats
1 cup whole wheat flour (or oat flour for gluten-free)
½ cup natural peanut butter (unsalted, xylitol-free)

Preheat the oven to 250°F (120°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Blend oats in a food processor until they resemble coarse flour.
Mix ingredients in a large bowl: oat flour, whole wheat flour, mashed banana, peanut butter, applesauce, and egg.
Form the dough until it becomes firm but workable. Add a little water if needed.
Roll out dough to about ½ inch thick on a lightly floured surface.
Cut into bone shapes using a cookie cutter.
Place on baking sheet and bake for 2–3 hours at low heat until the treats are very firm and dry.
Cool completely before serving to ensure they reach their final crunchy texture.
Room Temperature: Store in an airtight container for up to 1 week.
Refrigerator: Keeps fresh for about 2–3 weeks.
