18 Dog Treats
1 cup oat flour (or finely ground oats)
½ cup plain pumpkin purée
½ cup plain unsweetened yogurt
1 cup fresh spinach, finely chopped or blended
1 large egg
2 tablespoons natural peanut butter (xylitol-free)
1 tablespoon olive oil
½ teaspoon dried parsley
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a bowl, whisk together pumpkin purée, yogurt, egg, peanut butter, and olive oil until smooth.
Stir in spinach and parsley.
Gradually add oat flour, mixing until a soft dough forms.
Roll out dough on a lightly floured surface to about ¼-inch thickness.
Cut into bone shapes using a cookie cutter.
Place treats on baking sheet and bake for 18–20 minutes, or until firm.
Let cool completely before serving.
Store treats in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 7 days. For longer storage, freeze for up to 3 months and thaw as needed.
Small dogs: 1 treat per day
