  • 1 cup oat flour (or finely ground oats)

  • ½ cup plain pumpkin purée

  • ½ cup plain unsweetened yogurt

  • 1 cup fresh spinach, finely chopped or blended

  • 1 large egg

  • 2 tablespoons natural peanut butter (xylitol-free)

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • ½ teaspoon dried parsley

How To Make

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. In a bowl, whisk together pumpkin purée, yogurt, egg, peanut butter, and olive oil until smooth.

  3. Stir in spinach and parsley.

  4. Gradually add oat flour, mixing until a soft dough forms.

  5. Roll out dough on a lightly floured surface to about ¼-inch thickness.

  6. Cut into bone shapes using a cookie cutter.
