1 ripe banana
1/2 cup natural peanut butter (unsalted, xylitol-free)
1 cup chickpea flour (or coconut flour if preferred)
1 egg
1 tablespoon coconut oil (melted)
1–2 tablespoons water (if needed for dough consistency)
Preheat oven to 175°C / 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe banana until smooth.
Add peanut butter, egg, and melted coconut oil, mixing well until fully combined.
