½ cup unsweetened applesauce
1 tablespoon natural peanut butter (xylitol-free)
½ cup water (optional, for easier blending)
Prepare the carrots
Wash and finely grate the carrots so they blend easily and freeze evenly in the treats.
Blend the mixture
In a blender or mixing bowl, combine grated carrots, yogurt, applesauce, peanut butter, and water. Blend or stir until smooth.
Fill the molds
Pour the mixture into bone-shaped silicone molds or an ice cube tray.
Freeze
