1 cup diced red bell pepper
1 cup diced yellow bell pepper
1 cup diced green bell pepper
1 cup plain unsweetened yogurt
1 tablespoon natural peanut butter (xylitol-free)
Silicone bone-shaped mold
Wash all bell peppers thoroughly and remove seeds and stems.
Dice the peppers into very small pieces so they blend well into the treat mixture.
In a mixing bowl, combine the plain yogurt and peanut butter. Stir until smooth and fully blended.
Add the diced bell peppers to the yogurt mixture and gently fold them in so they are evenly distributed.
Spoon the mixture into silicone bone-shaped molds.
Place the molds in the freezer for about 2–3 hours, or until the treats are fully frozen and solid.
Pop the treats out of the molds and they’re ready to serve.
Store treats in an airtight container or freezer-safe bag.
