1 cup cooked and mashed squash (butternut or pumpkin work well)
2 ½ cups oat flour
1 large egg
2 tablespoons natural peanut butter (xylitol-free)
1 tablespoon olive oil
½ teaspoon cinnamon (optional)
2–4 tablespoons water (as needed)
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, combine mashed squash, egg, peanut butter, and olive oil. Mix until smooth.
Gradually add oat flour and cinnamon, stirring until a dough forms.
Add water a tablespoon at a time if dough feels too dry.
Roll dough out to about ¼-inch thickness and cut into bone shapes or small squares.
Place treats on baking sheet and bake for 22–25 minutes, until firm and lightly golden.
Let cool completely before serving.
