18 Dog Treats
1 ripe banana
½ cup plain unsweetened yogurt
2 tablespoons natural peanut butter (xylitol-free)
¼ cup fresh blueberries
¼ cup water
Mash the banana in a mixing bowl until smooth.
Add the plain yogurt and peanut butter, then mix until creamy and well combined.
Stir in the blueberries gently so they remain mostly whole for texture.
Add a small splash of water if the mixture is too thick.
Spoon the mixture into bone-shaped silicone molds.
Place molds in the freezer for 3–4 hours or until fully frozen.
Pop the treats out of the molds and serve immediately to your dog.
Store the frozen dog treats in an airtight container or freezer bag in the freezer. They will stay fresh for up to 2 months when properly sealed. To avoid freezer burn, keep them tightly closed and only remove what you need. Always supervise your dog while they enjoy frozen treats, especially on hot days.
Small dogs (under 20 lbs): 1 small ice treat
Medium dogs (20–50 lbs): 1–2 ice treats
Large dogs (50–90 lbs): 2–3 ice treats
Extra large dogs (90+ lbs): up to 3 treats
These are intended as occasional treats, not meal replacements.
