1 cup cooked, shredded chicken
1 cup oat flour (or finely ground oats)
1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
1 egg
1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon baking powder
2–3 tablespoons water (as needed)
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a small cake pan or silicone mold.
In a large bowl, mix shredded chicken, applesauce, egg, yogurt, and olive oil.
Add oat flour and baking powder. Stir until combined.
Add water gradually until a thick but spreadable batter forms.
