1 cup chicken livers (fresh or thawed)
1 egg
1 cup oat flour (or finely ground oats)
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon water (as needed)

Blend chicken livers and egg until smooth.
Transfer mixture to a bowl and stir in oat flour and olive oil.
