2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon turmeric (optional, for anti-inflammatory benefits)
1 teaspoon dried parsley (optional, for fresh breath)
Preheat your oven to 200°F (95°C). Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
Slice chicken breasts into thin, even strips or use small bone-shaped cookie cutters if desired.
Place chicken pieces in a bowl and lightly coat with olive oil. Sprinkle with turmeric and parsley if using.
Arrange chicken in a single layer on baking sheets without overlapping.
Bake for 2–3 hours, flipping halfway through, until the pieces are dry and firm.

Store cooled treats in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks. For longer storage, freeze in a sealed bag for up to 3 months and thaw as needed.
