18 Dog Treats
1 cup oat flour
½ cup fresh or frozen blueberries
1 large egg
2 tablespoons unsweetened applesauce
2 tablespoons water (as needed for dough consistency)
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a mixing bowl, mash the blueberries until juicy and mostly smooth.
Add the egg and applesauce, mixing until well combined.
Gradually stir in the oat flour until a soft, workable dough forms.
Add water a little at a time if the dough feels too dry.
Roll the dough out on a lightly floured surface to about ¼-inch thickness.
Cut into bone shapes (or any fun shape you like).
Place treats on the baking sheet and bake for 18–22 minutes, until firm and lightly golden.
Let cool completely before serving—your pup deserves the perfect crunch.
Store cooled treats in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days.
For longer storage, keep them in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks, or freeze for up to 3 months. Thaw before serving.
Small dogs: 1 treat per day
Medium dogs: 1–2 treats per day
Large dogs: Up to 3 treats per day
Treats should always be given in moderation alongside a balanced diet.
