1 ripe banana
1 cup plain unsweetened yogurt (ensure it’s xylitol-free)
½ cup water (optional, for thinner consistency)
Add the blueberries, banana, and yogurt into a blender.
Blend until smooth and creamy.
Add water if needed to reach your desired consistency.
Pour the mixture into silicone molds (bone shapes work great).
Insert a small stick into each mold for easy serving.
Freeze for 3–4 hours or until completely solid.
Pop out of molds and serve chilled to your pup.
Store the popsicles in an airtight container or freezer-safe bag in the freezer. They’ll stay fresh for up to 2 weeks. For best taste and texture, serve directly from the freezer and avoid repeated thawing.
