2 tablespoons peanut butter (xylitol-free)
¼ cup water (optional, for easier blending)
Add yogurt, banana, peanut butter, and water into a blender.
Blend until smooth and creamy.
Pour the mixture into silicone molds (bone-shaped molds work great).
Insert sticks into each mold.
Freeze for 3–4 hours or until fully solid.
