1 cup rolled oats
½ cup fresh or frozen blueberries
1 ripe banana, mashed
1 tablespoon coconut oil (melted)
2–3 tablespoons water (as needed)
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
Blend the rolled oats in a food processor until they resemble coarse flour.
Add blueberries, mashed banana, and melted coconut oil, then blend until a thick dough forms.
Add water one tablespoon at a time if the dough feels too dry.
Roll the dough out to about ¼-inch thickness and cut into bone shapes.
Place treats on the baking tray and bake for 18–22 minutes, until lightly golden and firm.
Let the treats cool completely before serving.
Store the treats in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days. For longer freshness, keep them refrigerated for up to 7 days or freeze for up to 3 months.
