Ingredients:

• 1 ripe banana

• 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce

• 1 1/2 cups oat flour

• Optional: 1 tbsp xylitol-free peanut butter

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

2. Mash banana and stir in applesauce.

3. Mix in oat flour gradually until dough forms.

4. Roll out and cut with cookie cutters .

5. Bake for 18–22 minutes.

6. Let cool before storing.

Simple, no-bake frozen treats for hot weather or teething relief.

Instructions:
