Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsweetened applesauce (no added sugar or xylitol)

  • ½ cup natural peanut butter (xylitol-free)

  • ½ cup plain Greek yogurt (unsweetened)

  • 1 small apple, finely grated or minced (optional, for texture)

How To Make

  1. In a medium bowl, mix the applesauce, peanut butter, and Greek yogurt until smooth and well combined.

  2. If using, gently fold in the grated apple for added freshness and texture.

  3. Spoon the mixture into silicone molds (bone-shaped molds work great) or an ice cube tray.

  4. Smooth the tops with a spatula or the back of a spoon.

  5. Place the molds in the freezer for 2–3 hours, or until fully set.

  6. Pop the treats out of the molds and they’re ready to serve!
