Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh watermelon (seedless, rind removed)

  • ½ cup unsweetened coconut water

  • 1 tablespoon unflavored gelatin (optional, for firmer treats)

How To Make

  1. Add the watermelon to a blender and blend until completely smooth.

  2. Pour in the coconut water and blend again until fully combined.

  3. (Optional) If using gelatin, gently warm ¼ cup of the blended mixture, whisk in gelatin until dissolved, then mix back into the blender.

  4. Pour the mixture into bone-shaped silicone molds.

  5. Freeze for 2–4 hours, or until fully set.

  6. Pop the treats out of the molds and serve!

How To Store

Store the treats in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 2 months.
For short-term use, they can be kept in the refrigerator for up to 3 days, but freezing is best for freshness and texture.
