300 g ground turkey or chicken (lean, easy to digest)
½ cup carrots, finely chopped or grated
½ cup sweet potato, peeled and diced small
½ cup peas (fresh or frozen)
½ cup cooked white rice
½ cup plain pumpkin purée (unsweetened)
1 tablespoon olive oil
Water as needed

Cook the rice fully and set aside.
In a pot, cook the ground meat until completely done.
Add carrots, sweet potato, peas, pumpkin purée, and a little water.
Simmer on low heat for 15–20 minutes, until everything is very soft.
Stir in the cooked rice and olive oil.
Let cool completely before serving.
Puppies usually do best with 2–3 small meals per day.
Portions depend on breed, age, and activity level, so start small and adjust gradually while watching your puppy’s energy, weight, and digestion.
