2 ripe bananas
1 cup plain unsweetened yogurt
2 tablespoons natural peanut butter (xylitol-free)
½ cup blueberries (optional for flavor & color)
Peel the bananas and mash them in a bowl until smooth.
Add the yogurt and peanut butter, then mix until creamy.
Fold in blueberries if using.
Spoon the mixture into silicone bone-shaped molds.
Freeze for 3–4 hours or until fully set.
Pop out the treats and serve chilled to your dog.
Store in an airtight container in the freezer.
Keeps fresh for up to 2 weeks.
Let sit at room temperature for 1–2 minutes before serving for easier chewing.
