12 minutes
1 cup oat flour (or blended rolled oats)
½ cup unsweetened peanut butter (xylitol-free)
1 ripe banana, mashed
1 egg
2–4 tablespoons water (as needed for dough consistency)
In a mixing bowl, combine the mashed banana, peanut butter, and egg until smooth.
Add the oat flour and mix until a soft dough forms. If the dough feels dry, add water one tablespoon at a time.
Roll the dough out on a lightly floured surface to about ¼-inch thickness.
Cut into desired shapes using cookie cutters or a knife.
Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
Place treats in a single layer in the air fryer basket, leaving space between each piece.
Air fry for 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway, until lightly golden and firm.
Let the treats cool completely before serving.
