1 cup rolled oats
½ cup unsweetened applesauce
½ cup natural peanut butter (xylitol-free)
1 egg
¼ teaspoon cinnamon (optional)
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Add the rolled oats to a blender or food processor and pulse until they resemble coarse flour.
In a mixing bowl, combine the oat flour, applesauce, peanut butter, egg, and cinnamon. Mix until a soft dough forms.
Roll the dough out on a lightly floured surface to about ¼-inch thickness.
Cut into bone shapes or desired forms using a cookie cutter.
Place treats on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 18–20 minutes, or until lightly golden and firm.
