Ingredients

  • 1 cup whole wheat flour (or oat flour for sensitive tummies)

  • ½ cup unsweetened applesauce

  • ½ cup finely grated carrot

  • ¼ cup natural peanut butter (xylitol-free)

  • 1 egg

  • 1–2 tablespoons water (as needed)

How to make

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  • In a bowl, mix applesauce, grated carrot, peanut butter, and egg until smooth.

  • Gradually add flour and stir to form a soft dough. Add water a tablespoon at a time if needed.
