  • 1 cup unsweetened applesauce

  • 1 egg

  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil (melted)

  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon (optional, dog-safe amount)

How to make

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  • In a large bowl, mix the applesauce, grated carrot, egg, and melted coconut oil until well combined.

  • Gradually add the flour and cinnamon, stirring until a firm dough forms.

  • Roll the dough out on a lightly floured surface to about ¼-inch thickness.

  • Cut into shapes using a cookie cutter or knife.

  • Place treats on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 25–30 minutes, until golden and firm.
