 Ingredients

✔ 1 cup pumpkin puree (thick, not watery)
✔ 1 egg
✔ ½ cup xylitol-free peanut butter

Optional! 

 only if your batter looks too runny:
2–3 tbsp oat flour or mashed banana to firm texture.

1️⃣ Preheat oven to 350°F / 175°C
2️⃣ Mix pumpkin, egg, and PB
3️⃣ Check texture:

• Too runny → add 2 tbsp oat flour or mashed banana

• Should look like thick muffin batter
  4️⃣ Pour into 4" cake pan or ramekin
  5️⃣ Bake 20–28 min (knife should come out mostly clean)
  6️⃣ Cool fully
  7️⃣ Top with plain Greek yogurt (optional)

• If you want it firmer like a dense dog muffin, bake 5–7 minutes longer and let cool in the oven.
